Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups green jack fruit


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 tbsp chilly powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups curry leaves

Directions

  • Slice the green jackfruits into ring sized pieces and wash it.
  • Pressure cook the sliced jackfruits, salt, turmeric powder and water up to 2 whistles and turn of the flame.
  • In a pan add oil, add the curry leaves,and chilly powder.
  • Add the cooked jackfruit and mix it well. Saute, them till it becomes brownish.
  • Serve it hot.
